ELIGIBILITY – Team Members working an average of 30 hours per week or more are eligible for the following benefits. Insurance benefits are effective the first day of the month following 60 days of active, full-time employment.
MEDICAL PLAN – Our medical plan covers a broad range of services to include, but not limited to: preventive care, inpatient and outpatient hospital services, physician and professional medical services, and prescription drugs.
DENTAL PLAN – The dental plan is through Delta Dental and covers diagnostic and preventative care, basic services, major services and orthodontia.
VISION PLAN – The vision plan is through Vision Service Providers (VSP)
COST OF COVERAGE – If you participate in our Wellness Incentive program, coverage is provided at 100% Employer paid for Team Members, and 85% Employer paid for dependents. If you choose not to participate in the Wellness Incentive, cost for Team Member only coverage is $50 per month. Click here to see our current rates.
BASIC TERM LIFE INSURANCE – An individual term life insurance policy is equal to one time the Team Member’s annual pay is paid for by Employer. Minimum coverage is $50,000. There are exceptions based upon age, details provided upon employment.
SUPPLEMENTAL TERM LIFE INSURANCE – Eligible Team Members may purchase additional term life insurance up to the lesser of five times their annual pay or $500,000. Term life insurance coverage may also be purchased for spouse and/or dependent children.
SHORT TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE – Short-term disability insurance is paid for by Team Members and pays up to 60% of weekly earnings in the event a Team Member is disabled and unable to work. Benefits begin after a 14-day waiting period.
LONG TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE – Long-term disability insurance is paid for by Employer and pays 60% of monthly earnings, up to a maximum monthly benefit amount of $3,000 in the event a Team Member is disabled and unable to work. Benefits begin after a 180-days waiting period and may continue to age sixty-five (65).
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS (FSAs) – The Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allows Team Members to set aside pre-tax dollars from their bi-weekly or monthly paycheck to pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses. The plan also enables Team Members to pay their portion of the cost of the medical or dental plan by payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis. This benefit results in reduced income tax which increases your take home pay. Pre-paid debit card is provided and pre-loaded for the plan year use.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT – Full-time Team Members may be reimbursed 100% of tuition expense up to $3,000 per academic year for continuing education through an accredited program. Tuition reimbursement is available after completion of their 90-day introductory period. All requests are subject to management approval.
OTHER BENEFITS ELIGIBILITY – Full-time and part-time Team Members are eligible for the following benefits:
401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN – The 401(k) plan provides Team Members with the opportunity to save and invest income for retirement on a pre-tax basis. Team Members are eligible to participate on the first of the month following 90-days of service. Team Members are eligible to receive 100% employer match for employee’s first 3% contribution, 50% employer contribution for employee’s next 2% contribution.
PERSONAL TIME OFF – Personal Time Off (PTO) is intended to provide Team Members with paid time away frоm work for vacation, holidays, illness or other excused absences. Eligibility to use PTO hours occurs at 90 days. Based on 2,080 hours per year, all Team Members qualify, however accruals for part-time Team Members are prorated. PTO is accrued according to the following schedule:
PAID BEREAVEMENT LEAVE – Eligible Team Members are provided up to 40 hours of paid time off in the event of a death of an immediate family member. Full-time and part-time Team Members are eligible upon completion of 90-days of continuous employment.
PAID JURY DUTY LEAVE – Reimbursement for lost pay of up to 10 jury duty days is provided for Team Members required to serve jury duty. Full-time and part-time Team Members are eligible upon employment.
TEAM MEMBER DISCOUNTS – A 20% discount on all regular price items is also available at all our restaurants and retail stores.
WELLNESS PLAN – All Team Members are encouraged to participate in our comprehensive wellness plan which includes health education, as well as fitness programs and activities. Employees that participate in the program by going to their annual preventive care visit, will receive a monthly wellness incentive of $50.00 applied per employee and per spouse to the Team Member’s medical premium costs.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM – Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services are provided through First Choice Health at no cost to all Team Members and their family members. The EAP provides professional counseling and referral services for problems such as addiction, mental health, family, legal and financial issues. All services are strictly confidential. Available upon employment.
UNIFORMS – The cost of uniforms and cleaning is paid for by the casino for those jobs which require uniforms. Also, a discount is provided for all personal dry cleaning with our dry cleaning vendor, available upon employment.
